One common complaint from Saudi tourists visiting Cairo is related to the cleanliness of the city. Many have commented on the trash-strewn streets and overflowing garbage bins, which detract from the beauty of the city and create a less-than-pleasant environment for visitors. Improving waste management services and increasing public awareness about the importance of keeping the city clean could help address this issue. Another frequent complaint is the lack of Arabic signage in key tourist areas. While English is widely spoken in Cairo, many Saudi visitors prefer to see information and directions in Arabic to feel more comfortable and at ease during their stay. By increasing the presence of Arabic signage in popular tourist spots, the city could enhance the overall experience for Saudi Arabian visitors and make them feel more welcome. Infrastructure and transportation are also common concerns among Saudi tourists in Cairo. Complaints about traffic congestion, inadequate public transportation options, and unreliable taxi services have been reported, making it difficult for visitors to move around the city conveniently. Investing in improving public transportation, expanding taxi services, and implementing traffic management strategies could help alleviate these issues and enhance the overall visitor experience. In response to these complaints, both the Egyptian and Saudi Arabian tourism authorities could work together to address the concerns of Saudi visitors and improve the overall tourism experience in Cairo. By listening to feedback, implementing necessary changes, and providing better support and services to Saudi tourists, Cairo can continue to be a top destination for travelers from Saudi Arabia and beyond.
