The additional stress of trying to overcome these barriers can take a toll on their mental and physical health. Addressing women's fatigue complaints in the context of education in Cameroon requires a multifaceted approach. It is essential to challenge traditional gender roles and promote equality in education and professional opportunities. Providing support services such as childcare, flexible schedules, and mentorship programs can help alleviate some of the burdens that contribute to women's fatigue. Additionally, raising awareness about the importance of self-care and mental health for women can empower them to prioritize their well-being. Ultimately, by recognizing and addressing the unique challenges that women in Cameroon face in relation to fatigue and education, society can work towards creating a more equitable and supportive environment for women to thrive. Empowering women to prioritize their own well-being and educational goals will not only benefit them individually but also contribute to the overall advancement of society as a whole.
